Dr. Endicott graduated from UW-Madison in 2001. After his undergraduate studies, he spent four years in the golf industry, even coaching the men's golf team at UW-Madison. It was on the golf course that he connected with Dr. Nettum (the previous owner of Windsor Family Dental), who also hails from Viroqua. Knowing Dr. Endicott's interest in medicine, Dr. Nettum suggested he consider dentistry. While at Marquette Dental School, Dr. Endicott dedicated many hours at Windsor Family Dental, familiarizing himself with the practice. After dental school, he completed his residency at Meriter Hospital. Today, he is advocate for continuing education, both for himself and his team. He believes in fostering a practice culture built on integrity, ethics, and kindness. He takes seriously the responsibility of maintaining Windsor Family Dental's reputation for excellent care for both patients and employees.
