Dr Jerzy Wozniak

Dr. Jerzy Wozniak grew up in Chicago and completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Illinois School of Dentistry, graduating with his D.D.S. in 2003. He maintained a successful practice in the Pacific Northwest before relocating back to the Midwest in 2015 to be closer to family. Dr. Wozniak brings his experience and friendly manner to our practice providing quality care for patients while making them feel at ease. Dr. Wozniak, his wife, and their three children are happy to be making their home in the Madison area. In addition to dentistry, he enjoys gardening, fly fishing, auto racing, ice hockey and spending time with his family.
