Mr Mark Olsen

Dr. Olsen is a proud native of Wisconsin and the Madison area. He attended high school at Holy Name Seminary in Madison and earned his Bachelor of Science degree at UW-Madison. He then went on to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2002. After graduating Dr. Olsen returned to the Madison area and has been practicing in Sun Prairie for over 17 years. Dr. Olsen has really enjoyed becoming a part of the Sun Prairie community. He is a former president and active member of the Sun Prairie Rotary Club. Dr. Olsen is also a member of the Northeast YMCA Board and 100 Men of Dane County. In addition, he has also enjoyed getting to know many of the families in the community while coaching his children’s baseball, softball and basketball teams. Dr. Olsen loves connecting personally with his patients, young and old and takes it as the highest compliment when they are comfortable enough to call him by his first name. When Dr. Olsen is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Michele, and four busy children, Taylor, Ben, Alex and Emma. Dr. Olsen loves watching all of the Wisconsin sports teams and has a special place in his heart for the Wisconsin Badgers where he met his wife Michele. He also enjoys playing basketball and golf and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Olsen looks forward to getting to know you as a patient and helping you achieve and maintain a healthy smile at West Prairie Dental.
