Dr. Dwyer is a native Texan, born and raised in Seguin. He attended the University of Texas and the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, graduating at the top of his class. He completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Dwyer started his practice in 1981 with Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He practices at the Conroe location.
