Dr. Melanie Ma consistently has a smile on her face when she’s at Page Family Dental. She’s always happy to welcome new patients into our practice as well as catch up with returning ones, and she considers our team to be extended family as well. Dr. Ma admits that it’s a bit cliché, but she was drawn to dentistry because she truly had a desire to better the health and quality of life of others in an empathetic and caring manner. Dr. Ma attended Emory University for her undergraduate education, and then she earned her dental degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. While there, she completed a 10-week externship at the Lynn Community Health Center and also went on a dental mission trip to Guatemala. Dr. Ma then did her General Practice Residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/ Weill Cornell Medicine, during which she gained experience treating pediatric, special needs, and oncologic patients.
