Dr. Mark P. Gerald was born and raised in Northern Virginia. After graduating from Chantilly High School, he attended Virginia Tech where he received his B.S. in Biology. He then moved to Richmond, VA, to attend the VCU School of Dentistry at MCV, earning his D.D.S. Dr. Gerald comes from a family of dentists—his father, brother, and sister are all dentists practicing in the Northern Virginia area. He is passionate about helping people obtain and maintain excellent, beautiful, and functional oral health. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and loves seeing the overall health benefits of a healthy mouth. He is actively involved in continuing education classes and constantly learning the newest and best methods for helping his patients. In his free time, Dr. Gerald enjoys spending time with his wife and their twins, friends, and doing anything outdoors, including fishing, running, golf, and attending Nats games.
