Dr. Vande Riet graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City's six year combined B.A./D.D.S. program with a degree in biology. His interest in dentistry originated in his desire for a career that would allow him to use art and science, improve the health and appearance of others, and yet still have time to spend with his family. After graduating from UMKC, he purchased the practice of Dr. John Stanesic and has been helping the Junction City community to smile ever since. DR. VANDE RIET IS A MEMBER OF: American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Kansas Academy of General Dentistry. Dedicated to learning, Dr. Vande Riet regularly attends continuing education courses to add to his expertise. Most recently, he has completed several courses focusing on resin restorations. Dr. Vande Riet and his wife, Vanessa, got married in 2000. They have three kids, Madeline, Owen, and Annabel. When away from the office, he enjoys hunting, running, and exercise.
