Dr Richard Weimar

Dr. Richard Weimar has been in practice for almost four decades, providing comprehensive dental care in Maple Grove, Minnesota. He is committed to providing the best care possible for patients, utilizing advanced dentistry techniques and services. He has expanded his practice to include aesthetic implant dentistry, precise placement, and natural-looking restorations using CEREC same-day technology, having placed nearly 2,000 dental implants. Dr. Weimar completed advanced dental sedation training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and has performed thousands of sedation treatments, catering to patients with dental anxieties. He is a leader in advanced dental technology since the early 1990s, being among the first in the state to utilize CEREC one appointment crowns, The Wand syringeless anesthetic system, air abrasion, intra oral cameras, digital x-rays, conscious sedation, and 3D cone beam CTs. He holds memberships in the Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantology, and the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. Dr. Weimar is also accomplished in cosmetic procedures, having placed thousands of porcelain veneers, and has an artist’s eye for creating beautiful smiles and restorations. His philosophy is to provide patients with accurate analyses of their problems, offer multiple treatment options with pros and cons, and allow patients to make informed decisions.
