Dr. Drew King loves his work as a dentist and is proud to be part of the team at Atlanta Dental Spa. A native of Syracuse, NY, Dr. King has lived in the Atlanta area for over twenty years. Dr. King knew he first wanted to be a dentist following a traumatic dental accident as a teenager. He attended Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta, and then University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. King worked at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia before returning to school to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. After graduation, Dr. King was selected for the General Practice Residency Program in Augusta, GA where he received extensive training in intravenous (IV) conscious sedation, dental extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and the management of medically complex patients.
