Dr. Ryan Hunt graduated from Oregon Health and Sciences University in 2007. Dr. Hunt has attended courses at the Kois Center, Pankey Institute, and Pikos Institute. Dr. Hunt thoroughly enjoys dentistry and learning new techniques and keeping up with current technology that benefits patients their experience and the outcomes of the procedures. In our practice we use an FDA approved 3D printer and resins to 3D print occlusal guards, models, surgical guides, and multiple other items. We also have a mill that allows us to mill same day crowns when appropriate. We have an inraoral scanner that allows us to capture a 3D digital model of the patients teeth. This is often significantly more comfortable for patients versus the impression material or (goop) to capture an impression. When needed we can use an in office CBCT which is an x-ray unit that has the ability to capture 3D x-rays of the jaw and teeth. We use Planmeca which allows us to capture a 3 dimensional image with the same or less radiation than a 2 dimensional image of the same area when captured with Ultra Low Dose. This same machine allows us to capture extra-oral X-ray images of the teeth for patients that have a gag reflex.
Full clinical exam, CBCT scan (if needed), discussion of options, and a personalised treatment plan with transparent pricing.
