Dr. Chestine Toth was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She received her B.A. Biology from the University of Hawaii in 2000, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2005. While in dental school, she received the Health Professionals Scholarship from the U.S. Army and joined the Army Dental Corps after graduation. She completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Fort Sill, Oklahoma in 2006. From 2009-2012, Dr. Toth attended her Periodontal Residency at Fort Gordon, Georgia while simultaneously earning her Master of Science in Oral Biology from Georgia Health Sciences University (now Augusta University) in Augusta, Georgia. After completing her residency, Dr. Toth moved to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii where she served as Chief of Periodontics and periodontics mentor for the two-year AEGD program. She has also served as an Assistant Professor of Periodontics for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). Her Army tours and deployments include: North America, Central America, Europe, and the Middle East. She continues to serve our country in the U.S. Army Reserves. Dr. Toth and her family decided to make Cincinnati their permanent home. Her practice philosophy is to treat her patients with utmost compassion while providing the highest level of care. Dr. Toth enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors, swimming, and Pure Barre workouts. Dr. Toth is a board-certified periodontist.
