Dr. Fred J. Colombo is a respected and accomplished dentist who proudly served patients for nearly six decades before his retirement. A top graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree after attending Queens College and Fordham University. Following dental school, Dr. Colombo served as a Captain in the United States Air Force at Headquarters Command in Washington, D.C. After his military service, he returned to his hometown of South Ozone Park, New York, where he established his first practice. He later opened a second location in Massapequa, and continued providing exceptional dental care to the local community until his retirement. Throughout his career, Dr. Colombo was known for his clinical excellence, integrity, and dedication to patient care. He was a proud member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is also a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (O.K.U.), a national dental honor society that recognizes the top 5% of dentists nationwide. Now retired, Dr. Colombo enjoys spending time with four daughters, and nine grandchildren. His legacy lives on in the practice through his daughter, Dr. Victoria Colombo, who shares his passion for dentistry and commitment to patient-centered care.
