Dr. John McShane received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he opened a dental practice in Donaldson's Crossroads Shopping Center, Peters Township. After treating families—some for two or three generations—in McMurray and the surrounding communities, he recently relocated his practice to Southpointe Town Center. Dr. McShane is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania. He offers complete family dentistry, but is also known for his cosmetic dentistry and metal free restorations. He continues his education by taking advanced, national level, post graduate courses. Dr. McShane stays current with all the latest techniques and receives training on many state-of-the-art technologies.
