Dr. Ian Erickson, from southern Oregon, developed an early interest in dentistry. His father, Mart, is a dentist, while his mother, Linn, is a hygienist. Dr. Erickson gained a deep understanding of dentistry because his parents worked in the field. After completing Grants Pass High School in 2000, he attended Linfield College. After earning a Bachelor of Science from Linfield in 2004, he continued his education at Oregon Health Science and University School of Dentistry. He met and wed his wife, Dr. Nicole Keck-Erickson, at OHSU. After graduating from OHSU together in 2008, they returned to their Southern Oregon homeland.
