Dr. Jacob O. Layer, DMD, has been serving the Medford community for over two decades. Born in Arcata, CA in 1975 and raised in Southern Oregon, he is a graduate of Ashland High School and Oregon State University. He received his DMD from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Layer and his wife, Amber, reside in Medford with their five children.
