Dr Vrinda Shah

Dr. Vrinda Shah grew up on the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, an experience she wouldn’t trade for anything. There, she saw a country where health and dental care were too often considered luxuries. Wanting to be part of a solution, she immigrated to the United States to pursue higher education. Her experience assimilating to a new culture taught her the importance of adapting to change and persevering through challenges—two skills essential to excellence in dentistry. Dr. Shah is a double gator, having received both her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida. She has remained true to her calling to serve others through local dental missions in Florida, such as the “We Care” and “FreeDOM” clinics, and internationally in Ecuador and her home country of St. Lucia. She enjoys advocating for her patients both in and outside of the clinic. While with her patients, she prioritizes their concerns and goals, and works closely with them to achieve dental health and a smile they are proud to show off. Outside the clinic, she maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Brevard County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She takes pride in these involvements, as her participation helps her stay on the cutting edge of dental innovation and provide the best possible care for her patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Shah enjoys baking, salsa dancing, golfing, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family. She looks forward to providing you with comforting, professional, and gentle dental care.
