Dr Boyd Argo

Dr. Boyd Argo is a native of McMinnville, Tennessee. Following undergraduate school at Tennessee Tech, he moved to Memphis to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Argo graduated with honors in 1974 and immediately joined the faculty at UTHSC, teaching in the Crown & Bridge Department at the Dental School for two and a half years. Dr. Argo began his own private dental practice over 40 years ago in December of 1975 and is thankful to all current and former patients for keeping him in business through the years. He has been the grateful recipient of numerous awards and honors throughout his career. The most rewarding part of Dr. Argo's job is interacting with patients and making a positive difference in their lives by restoring confidence in their smile and improving the dental health of all who seek his professional help. Dr. Argo is the proud parent of two sons and prouder grandparent of seven wonderful grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his farm and cussing at golf balls. He also enjoys telling jokes.
