Dr. Wardak received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2001. He is the founder of UrgentDent. He opened our Munster office in 2006 and our Merrillville office in 2013. He oversees all of our dentists and is a great mentor to them. He is a part of the Global Medical Foundation, and provides nonprofit dental services to those in need. He has been providing Donated Dental Services through the Indiana Dental Association since 2012. He received his Fellowship for Implantology at the International Oral Implantology Institute, in 2010. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association and past member of the Royal Dental College of Ontario. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
