He performs all implant procedures, including single tooth implants, implant bridges, implant dentures, and the “all-on-4” full mouth implant reconstruction in one day. Some patients need to remove all their teeth because they may be unrestorable or have advanced bone loss. After reviewing your 3-D scan (most patients are candidates), we take impressions and our laboratory constructs your new teeth. On your next appointment, Dr. Barrantes extracts all your teeth, inserts the implants, places your new teeth, and you leave our office with a beautiful smile the same day. Dr. Barrantes is one of the few dentists that performs both the surgical and restorative procedures.
