Dr. Victoria Saykally, a Bay Area native, found her passion for dentistry while completing her bachelor’s degree at University of Washington. She studied Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology, as well as Global Health while working as a dental assistant. After completing her degree, Dr. Saykally moved back to the Bay Area and worked as a research associate at a virology lab at UCSF. Dr. Saykally went on to complete her doctorate degree at University of the Pacific in San Francisco. During this time, she led and participated in numerous dental outreach trips. She decided to receive further training by completing a hospital-based residency at VA Palo Alto and Stanford Hospital. When not practicing in Tiburon, Dr. Saykally also practices part time as an attending dentist at VA Palo Alto.
