Dr. K.C. Hemstreet was born and raised in Woodbury, Minnesota and completed her undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then spent a year working in a dental research lab at the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C. before attending dental school at the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry. Following her graduation from dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Dr. Hemstreet loves providing quality, evidence-based dental care to her patients while building a trusting and enjoyable relationship with them. Completing my V.A. residency has given me the opportunity to broaden my scope of practice and better serve the needs of my patients.
