Dr. Koehnen began Uptown Dental’s tradition of comfort and care in 1999. She attended the University of Minnesota, Morris for undergraduate studies. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota in 1995. Dr. Koehnen has a commitment to continuing education and has completed courses in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery and implant restoration. Dr. Koehnen was raised in Shakopee and now resides in the Whittier neighborhood of Minneapolis. She enjoys volunteering locally and abroad.
