Dr. Althauser grew up in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. He graduated with a BS in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2004. After graduation, he moved to Missoula, Montana, starting as a staff dentist at Partnership Health Center. In 2007, he moved to private practice. He participates in extensive continuing education.
