Mr Kayla Beard

Kayla Beard is a dental professional from Jackson, Alabama, with a passion for education and patient-centered care. Her dental journey began in high school in 2007, at Dr. Beard’s office, and led her to earn certifications in dental assisting and hygiene from Meridian Community College in 2012, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from UMMC. In 2019, Kayla obtained her local anesthesia permit through UAB and later earned a Master’s in Education from the University of West Alabama. She is also a certified CPR instructor through the American Red Cross. Kayla lives in Jackson with her husband, Dent, and their two boys, Blaise and Stanton. Inspired by her grandmother’s advice—“your education is something no one can ever take from you”—Kayla is committed to lifelong learning and making a positive impact through dentistry, education, and community enrichment.
