Dr. Christie grew up in Kensington, MD. He graduated from the University of Maryland and then went on to complete his dental education at Case Western Reserve University Dental School. After graduation, Dr. Christie was introduced to a couple of dentists in St. Mary's County by his cousin, Dr. John Hathaway, who was the only practicing oral surgeon in the area. That led to a career of practicing dentistry in St. Mary's. He has worked for nearly 34 years and is now limiting his schedule to a few hours a week so he can dedicate more time to family and friends.
