Dr. Hanna grew up in St Bernard Parish, Louisiana. When Hurricane Katrina decimated south Louisiana in August of 2005, Dr. Hanna’s family evacuated to Ruston. What was a tragedy became a blessing in disguise as Dr. Hanna and immediate family decided to make Ruston their new home. Dr. Hanna is a Ruston High School (2009) and Louisiana Tech (2013) graduate. He then graduated from LSU Dental School (2017) and the United States Army Advanced Education In General Dentistry (2018) in Fort Lewis, Washington. Dr. Hanna then served as Brigade Dental Officer for the 82nd Airborne Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Hanna’s five years in the Army included two deployments to the Middle-East, advanced combat and medical training and four years on parachute jump status. Dr. Hanna is a 2025 graduate of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse 9 month implant dentistry program. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Hanna is committed to clinical excellence and attends hundreds of hours of continuing education each and every year to improve the level of care that his patients receive. Dr. Hanna feels beyond blessed to have the opportunity to serve Ruston. He is passionate about comprehensive, minimally invasive dental care for patients of all ages.
