Dr. Ian Alvey is all about making dental care simple, precise, and stress-free. A self-proclaimed “tooth nerd,” he loves using cutting-edge technology to help patients understand their oral health and receive the most accurate and effective treatment. Whether he is scanning teeth, designing digital models, or 3D printing for a perfect fit, he is always looking for ways to improve the patient experience. Originally from Pineville, NC, Dr. Alvey earned his DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) before completing his residency in Asheville, NC. While at MAHEC, he gained hands-on experience in digital dentistry and even taught the subject to fellow professionals. Eventually, he brought his skills and passion back home to launch Infinity Dental Arts, where he is committed to delivering top-notch care to the Indian Trail, NC, community.
