Dr. James (Kip) Miller III received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College and a master’s degree in biology from Clarion University. He completed his General Practice Residency and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Montefiore Hospital and has been specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for more than 25 years.
