Dr Uyen Huynh

Dr. Uyen Huynh, DDS, is a dedicated Dentist at Cherry Chase Dental. Originally from Saigon, Vietnam, she moved to the United States at 19 to pursue higher education and her dream of working in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating with honors, from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. After spending years moving around Northern California, she and her husband, Jasper—who has a deep love for the Bay Area—decided to make the region their permanent home. Dr. Huynh’s path to dentistry began with her early love for creating small models and art projects, paired with a desire to work in a medical field. After exploring several healthcare professions, she discovered her calling while shadowing her dentist. Dentistry felt like the perfect blend of art and science, offering a hands-on, creative approach to helping others. Today, she is passionate about relieving patients’ pain and helping them feel beautiful and confident in their smiles. Her professional interests include cosmetic dentistry and emergency care, where she takes pride in delivering both aesthetic and functional transformations. Outside the office, Dr. Huynh enjoys spending time with friends or relaxing at home. She loves traveling to new destinations and collecting magnets from each place she visits. She is also learning tennis and frequently visits Vietnam to see her parents, while her older brother lives nearby in the Bay Area.
