Dr. Vargas is the Founder & Owner of Chappaqua Smiles. Named one of New York’s Best Dentists by Westchester magazine since 2012, Dr. Vargas is a cosmetic and family dentist specialising in complex full mouth rehabilitations. He completed research at the National Institute of Health, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and pursued additional training at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
