Dr. Despain grew up in the Tri-Cities area of Washington and graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2001 where he received a scholarship from the United States Navy. He served at Parris Island, SC and onboard the USS Carl Vinson. Upon leaving the Navy, he practiced in Kennewick for 9 years before moving to the Olympic Peninsula in 2013. He loves spending time with his wife and 5 children, hiking, and cycling. Dr. Despain believes that listening and communicating clearly is the key to achieving the best outcome.
