Dr Shoba Viswanathan

Welcome to Spring Grove Dental! I often get asked, “Why would anyone want to be a dentist?” Going down the memory lane, as a kid I remember spending a lot of time in the dental chair – that experience naturally made me curious about the profession. As I grew older, I was not only attracted to the autonomy and independence of the profession but also was attracted to the challenge of taking something that is perceived to be so unpleasant, making it into a positive and rewarding experience for the patients. Dr. Shoba Viswanathan draws on her background in oral pathology to evaluate any abnormalities.
