Dr. Wardak received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2001. He is the founder of UrgentDent. He opened the Munster office in 2006 and Merrillville office in 2013. He oversees all dentists and is a great mentor. He is part of the Global Medical Foundation, provides nonprofit dental services, and has been providing Donated Dental Services through the Indiana Dental Association since 2012. He received his Fellowship for Implantology at the International Oral Implantology Institute in 2010. Member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and past member of the Royal Dental College of Ontario. Enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
