Dr. Raymond Cleary is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University. After serving as Director of Operative Dentistry at Shaw Air Force Base, he established his first practice in Surfside Beach in 1985. He has extensive civic involvement and served in the South Carolina Senate. In 2018, he reestablished the office as Tidelands Dental. Special interests: Preventive and restorative dentistry, community health advocacy, patient education and long-term care planning.
