Dr Ethan Edminsten

Dr. Edminsten is originally from Oklahoma but has grown up throughout the west the majority of his life. From Montana and Nevada to New Mexico, he has finally found his home here in the Gem State. Dr. Edminsten and his wife Kaitlin love Idaho and spend all their available time enjoying what it has to offer: Hiking, camping and paddle boarding in the summer to snowboarding and skiing the winter. I was exposed to dentistry due to extensive orthodontic treatment, and enjoyed seeing the final product after having my braces removed. I began to shadow dentists, endodontists, oral surgeons and orthodontists while in high school and into college, I then decided to pursue dental school after college at University of New Mexico. I was accepted first to Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska, where, after graduating dental school, I completed a general practice residency at Nebraska Medical Center. I love to bow hunt and my favorite way to spend my time is fall in the mountains.
