Dr Moore was raised on a small farm in Highland Utah. He completed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University with a BA in Animal Science. He and his wife moved to Richmond Virginia in 2000, after having been accepted with a scholarship to Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. All three of their children were born in Virginia. After graduating from VCU in 2004, Dr. Moore was one of two residents accepted at McGuire Veteran Affairs Hospital where he completed a two year General Practice Residency with emphasis on dental medicine and surgery. After completing his residency in 2006, Dr. Moore and his family moved west and settled in Payette Idaho. With Dr Moore’s extensive training, his office and compassionate staff can provide comprehensive dental care for his patients including Oral Surgery, Dental Implants, Bone Grafting, Root Canal Therapy, Crown and Bridge, Complete and Partial Dentures, clear Ortho aligners and other General Dental procedures. Dr. Moore is passionate about dentistry. He participates regularly in continuing education. When away from the office, Dr. Moore spends his extra time with his wife and children. His hobbies include white water kayaking, herpetology and reptile husbandry, and enjoying the family horses.
