After attending NYU Dental School, Dr. Horowitz did his residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY where he developed his surgical training. From there, he began private practice in Scranton. After several years of performing the entire range of dental procedures, Dr. Sam then began an extensive focus on implantology while practicing in Manhattan and went on to become one of the country’s youngest and most prolific implant surgeons. He was awarded Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. After which came a return to cosmetic & general dentistry; fillings, root canals, extractions, etc. or several years in Manhattan and Rockland County, followed by the creation of his own practice in Suffern, NY in 2003.
