Dr. Krayniy attended dental school at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine, graduating in 1996. After dental school, Dr. Krayniy completed a three-year postgraduate program in prosthodontics, and in 2002, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation. After relocating to the US, Dr. Krayniy attended New York University College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2007 and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. In his last year of dental school, Dr. Krayniy was chosen to be part of NYUCD’s Honors Esthetics program. Led by some of New York City’s most renowned cosmetic dentists, this rigorous program focused heavily on cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. In 2009, Dr. Krayniy completed a two-year general dentistry residency at New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, obtaining extensive training in dental implant placement and fabrication of implant-supported restorations. Since 2009, Dr. Krayniy has been practicing in Manhattan, performing all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on cosmetic smile makeovers and complete mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Krayniy has devoted himself to the field of dentistry because it offers so many unique opportunities, challenges, and rewards. Dentistry is an ever-changing field, and he enjoys incorporating its many different aspects into his practice, including exceptional patient care, medical expertise, and artistry. The greatest reward for Dr. Krayniy, however, is the positive impact that he can make when he helps a patient achieve a healthy, beautiful smile that allows them to feel confident about their appearance.
