Howard Silver, DDS is an experienced general dentist devoted to prevention of dental disease, and saving teeth. He graduated from NYU College of Dentistry, and continued his training at NYU Goldwater Memorial Hospital, where he received extensive training in all aspects of dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, and the New York County Dental Society. His skills range from prevention of tooth loss, restoring a single tooth, all the way up to full mouth rehabilitation that involve dental implants with an emphasis on cosmetics. He is Invisalign certified, a process that straightens teeth with a series of clear aligners. Dr. Silver takes the time to understand his patients’ needs so he can provide individualized compassionate care so they can maintain life long dental health. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Silver volunteers his time with the Mission of Mercy, an organization that provides free dental care to the underserved and uninsured in his home state of Connecticut.
