Dr. Norman W. Boyd, Jr. graduated from Lafayette College in 1964 with a degree in physics. He then attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he received his DDS degree in 1968. He served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps, and he went on to receive his advanced specialty training in prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. After finishing his commitments, he joined his father in the 1970s.
