Non-surgical procedures include restorations (composite and amalgam), crown and bridge, veneers, fabrication of dentures and root canal therapy. Dr. Scalf continues to learn and expand his clinical capabilities by attending continuing education courses routinely. Dr. Scalf is a Maryland native but grew up in Virginia in the Roanoke Valley. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and traveling. He also enjoys trying new foods and enjoys a variety of sports. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia with his girlfriend Caty, who is also a dentist, and their dog, Leia.
