Dr. Owen is a family dentist practising at Tidewater Family Dentistry in Newport News, VA with an emphasis in preventative care, restorative dentistry and removable dentistry. A native of Richmond, VA, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry.
