Dr Sawan Malik

Dr. Sawan Malik is a highly trained and accomplished board-certified periodontist, skilled in all surgical aspects of periodontics and implant dentistry. He is trained in LANAP treatment (A laser Alternative to Gum Surgery) and Pinhole Soft Tissue Grafting. Coming from a family of dentists, his father being an orthodontist and his mother a general dentist, he spent his life around dentistry and developed a passion for the field at an early age. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Malik graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Micro and Molecular Biology. Dr. Malik earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, where he graduated in the top of his class. Continuing his education at NSU, Dr. Malik completed an additional three years of specialty training in periodontology and dental implants. Currently, he is an adjunct clinical professor at the College of Dental Medicine.
