Dr Stephanie Mulick

Dr. Stephanie Mulick was raised in a military family and moved all over the world until her family settled into their home in Tucson, Arizona. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physiology from the University of Arizona. While growing up, her father was a Dental Technician in the Navy and sparked her interest into the dental field. In 2017, Dr. Mulick received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Arizona. From 2017-2021, she actively served in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer. Her most treasured experience in the military were the two years aboard the aircraft carrier, USS Theodore Roosevelt. During this time she provided dental care for over 5,500 Sailors and successfully completed a 6-month deployment. Dr. Mulick is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Association. On her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family and traveling.
