Mr Anastasia Kozal

It is with greatest pleasure that I write to introduce myself and express my gratitude and excitement at having the opportunity to provide dental services for you and your family. I am Dr. Anastasia Kozal (Dr. Ann), the eldest daughter of Dr. John Kozal. As you know, my father is a dentist and my mother is a hygienist. I have been involved in dentistry my entire life and watched my parents create lifetime bonds with their patients. After attending the University of Kentucky, I attended SIU School of Dental Medicine where I graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. I am passionate about helping patients improve their overall oral health while making sure their comfort is priority. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, working out, reading and cooking. I am a foodie and would love recommendations to any new restaurants. I recently got engaged to my high school sweetheart and am excited to be back in Chicago. I look forward to developing a relationship with you and your family.
