Dr. Jason Jamali obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan followed by his dental degree at Columbia University. He returned to the University of Michigan for medical and oral and maxillofacial surgery training, including full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstruction, microvascular surgery, two years of general surgery, and advanced training in anaesthesia. He worked as a full-time assistant professor at University of Illinois at Chicago, taught residents and dental students, authored publications, and continues teaching at Illinois Masonic Hospital treating facial trauma. Special interest in orthognathic surgery, implants, facial trauma, and benign pathology. Outside of work, enjoys the outdoors, travelling, and spending time with his wife and kids.
