Dr. Vincent John Mui is a lifelong Illinois resident, raised in Lemont, IL. He attended Lemont High School and went on to study at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Following completion of his undergraduate degree, he spent several years conducting research on proteins vital to hearing loss at Northwestern University.
