Dr. Finnegan was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin. He obtained his B.S. degree in biology at Carroll University in 2017 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry. He specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases associated with the oral cavity. He prides himself on open communication with patients and comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s needs and desires. Dr. Finnegan recently married his wife, Noelle, and is a very family and friend-oriented individual. Outside of the office, you can nearly at all times catch him either cooking, partaking in an outdoor event, or watching almost any and all sports (especially those involving the major Wisconsin teams). Dr. Finnegan is extremely excited to begin establishing himself in the community and providing excellent patient care at his new home here at Riverside Dental.
