Dr. Earl Wm. Miller received his undergraduate degrees from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, Oklahoma, and Pittsburgh State University in Pittsburgh, Kansas. He received his dental degree in 1965 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and served two years as a dental officer at the United States Army Primary Helicopter Training Post in Mineral Wells, Texas. Dr. and Mrs. Miller moved to South Oklahoma City in 1967, and live within five minutes of the office. Dr. Miller has had extensive postgraduate training at the L.D. Pankey Institute for postgraduate education in Miami, Florida in complex restorative dentistry, occlusion and temporomandibular joint TMJ therapy, the University of Texas at San Antonio in osseointegration implant dentistry and many years of experience in preventive and cosmetic dentistry. He has been an instructor in occlusion and restorative dentistry at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is a fellow of the American Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma State Dental Association, Oklahoma County Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
