At Stone Post Family Dental, Dr. Katie Watson, DDS and her team strive to provide patients of all ages with quality, comfortable dental care in a relaxed atmosphere. They give each patient their focused attention because they truly care about each patient and his or her dental health. Dr. Katie Watson and her husband, Matt, live in Kansas City with their two boys, Landon and Bennett. She spends most of her time outside the office with her family but also enjoys running, cooking, and watching sports.

A Missouri State University graduate with a degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry, continued onto UMKC Dental School, from which she graduated in 2008 with her doctorate in dental surgery. Became an associate dentist at a busy Lenexa, KS dental office. Decided to fulfill her lifelong goal of opening her own practice in September 2012 in Overland Park, KS. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, and Fifth District Dental Society, where she serves as an alternate delegate. She held a free dental care day for the needy, at her practice, thru the organization, “Dentistry from the Heart” in April 2015. Her philanthropies of choice include the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Autism Speaks organization. She currently resides in Kansas City, MO with her husband, Matt, and two boys Landon (5 ) and Bennett ( 2) and their golden retriever Cooper. Enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, wine and exercising.
